My Story

I wasn’t always strong. I wasn’t always confident. I started as a shy, overweight woman who wanted to reclaim her life and become the version of myself I always envisioned. Trauma had dimmed my light and made me feel incapable.

Then I discovered CrossFit, and everything changed. Learning to lift heavy weights gave me a superpower the confidence to put myself in tough situations and repair my broken self-esteem. The focus shifted from the number on the scale to the lbs on the barbell. With every lift, I became stronger, not just physically but mentally.

Now, I live with purpose and intention. I want others especially women to know they can transform their lives, heal their minds, and bring their vision of HER to reality through movement and nutrition.

My Vision

Strength isn’t just about lifting weights it’s about lifting yourself up.

I coach clients to make mindset shifts that enable them to level up their lives. Everyone has the potential to create the body or life they desire. With hard work, consistency, and a growth mindset, your vision can become a reality. This isn’t about quick fixes it’s about long-term grit, tenacity, and saving yourself.
